Build Your Own Tactical Knife — Stock Removal Method
Spend two hands-on days learning the stock removal method of knifemaking from master blade smiths Edward Kim and Justin Lundquist. At the end of the course you will leave with a fully functional, custom tactical knife you built yourself. Under expert guidance, you'll take a blank of premium steel through profiling, grinding, heat treatment, handle fitting, and final sharpening — walking away with a knife ready for hard use. There will be three set designs to chose from including- traditional clip point, tanto and hunter styles.

Good to Know Before You Arrive:

Dress for heat: Our shop runs hot due to grinders and heat-treating equipment. Wear lightweight, close-toed clothing that still fully covers arms and legs — no shorts, sandals, or loose/dangling sleeves.

Safety gear provided: Eye and ear protection will be supplied, but you're welcome to bring your own.

Liability waiver required: All students must read and sign a liability waiver before class begins. No exceptions.

Skill level: No prior knifemaking experience necessary — this class is designed for beginners and hobbyists alike.
Class Duration: 2 full days
Class Size: Limited to 6 students toensure individual instruction. Lunch and beverages will be provided.
